I designed a merchant survey and regional dashboard switcher for an existing merchant portal. I also conducted a design-system audit, defined requirements for reusable components, and led the design of What’s New, a feature for sharing product updates Product Designer 2026

Ask about work, not just satisfaction

I structured the questionnaire around merchants’ roles, daily tasks and how often they used each section. The survey was launched with interface screenshots to clarify which parts of the portal the questions referred to

Make the regional context explicit

Regulatory requirements called for separate Global and India dashboards. I designed a switcher that made the active region, data scope and need for a separate login clear, with launch unconfirmed

Give product updates a clear home

I narrowed the scope to release notes and led another designer through repeated reviews. The design covered both the merchant-facing entry point and the admin interface for managing product updates Design leadership by me All UI screens designed by another designer
